 In my tactile session I was exploring balls rolling down the obstacles wall. 

 a  few weeks ago I went on an outing to Marshall's farm. I really loved feeding the sheep. It was a lovely warm day.

 I having a very relaxing time in sensory this afternoon, and I discovered the light bouncing off the mirror ball and onto the ceiling as it turned. I followed the lights around the room with my eyes and couldn't look away. 

 today ihada session with the girls and a nice foot soak with massage. I liked playing in the water. I really didn't like having my feet massaged with lotion after.
